Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

All ready-to-ship items will be carefully packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days of your order. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive shipping and tracking updates at the email address provided during checkout.

For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. Turnaround times may vary depending on the item and current order volume. Any specific turnaround information will be included in the product description or discussed when placing your custom order.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Marie’s Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help however I can.
